Due to the nature of our business and the content provided by Bodies By Lei LLC, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or partial refunds for any reason. You may cancel your membership at any time from your account dashboard, at least one day prior to your subscription renewal date.

To protect the programming and content of Bodies By Lei LLC, all classes, programs, challenges, downloadable materials, and all other content included in a membership or subscription will expire on the last day of your membership period.

For In-App Subscriptions purchased through the Bodies By Lei app via Apple or Google Play, all changes must be made directly by the user. Payments for In-App Subscriptions are processed through the App Store and are not eligible for refunds or cancellations through the Bodies By Lei team or platform, as we do not have access to In-App Purchases made on your device.

You can manage your In-App Subscription through your device or account settings, including:

• View Subscription: Receipt for payment, trial end date, and next payment date

• Cancel Subscription: Must be canceled from where the subscription was originally purchased (see How To below)

• Restore Purchase: Follow the Restore Purchase steps in the app if you have an active In-App Subscription but cannot access content or log in

• Request a Refund: Submitted directly through the App Store where the subscription was purchased
